We were tired of feeling defeated and deprived, and that’s why we created Wavelength: a step-by-step guide to feeling good in your body and mind, based on the best research in food psychology, nutrition, addiction, neuroscience, and mindfulness behavioral therapy. We’ll help you work with your brain instead of against it, so you can make choices that leave you feeling comfortable, confident, and calm with food and your body.
Wavelength was developed over two decades, first by Dr. Martha Katz, PhD, and is now led by her daughter, CEO Sarah Stites. We wanted a program for us: women who have faced weight stigma, compulsive eating, and body shame. Wavelength is supported in part by a grant from the National Science Foundation.
